I thought I would post a couple of the new songs that we learned together this past weekend.
Rising (A Song of Ascent) by Charlie Hall
Charlie is not only a fantastic song writer but also a personal friend of mine. You can download ‘Rising’ as well as other songs from his new record HERE.
All the Poor and Powerless by Sons and Daughters
I just sort of stumbled onto this song a few months ago. This is from a new band out of Franklin, TN. They don’t even have an album yet but you can download a version of this song for free HERE.
I love worshiping with you guys!
Much love,
brandon
REGISTRATION FOR BLAST IS CLOSED!
WHERE TO MEET: On Friday, January 21st meet at Willow Creek Community Church in the Main Lobby (Entrance D) at 5:00pm! This year, you will check in by going to the table with your House Group name on it, rather than by your last name. That way, you will be checking in at the same location as your small group and House Group. Volunteers will be in the lobby to help if you aren’t sure where to go! (The North Shore & DuPage regionals will be leaving from their own campus, NOT from South Barrington!)
WHERE TO PICK-UP: Your parents should pick you up from Willow Creek Community Church at Entrance F around 3:00pm on Sunday, January 23rd! There will also be a parent’s meeting in the Atrium prior to the student’s arrival at 2:15pm. Here, parents will learn more about what the students experienced at camp and will even get to see the highlight DVD from camp!
