Neil grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan before attending Wheaton College, where he graduated with a degree in Business/Economics and Communication. He is married to Kaitlin Tofilon and they have served as small group leaders together in Student Impact for four years. Neil joined the Community Life staff with Student Impact in October 2010 after owning a business for three years. He has an intense passion for seeing this generation of high school students be transformed by the love of Christ. His Enneagram type is a 7 (The Enthusiast) and his StrengthFinders are Strategic, Includer, Relator, Competitive, and Woo.
